• High Accuracy

The frame of the machine is designed with a steel plate, welded. This gives the machine high rigidity. The side is a box type construction with an eight-side guide, assuring the strength against eccentric loads as well as promising a high dynamic accuracy.

• Powerful and Quiet Drive Unit

The powerful and compact drive unit is accommodated in an oil bath. The sliding parts are lubricated automatically, offering quite operation.

• Oil-type clutch and Brake

The clutch and brake units are of multiple construction with sintered alloy. The operation is in the oil bath, so the lifetime is longer, without further adjustment. Due to the excellent clutch and brake, the press is very responsive to intermittent operation. The press can be used with confidence, as all the solenoid valves are double-typed.

• Oil-hydraulic Overload Protector

The protector is incorporated in the slide in order to prevent overloads. It offers complete protection for all mechanisms and dies. When an overload occurs, the oil hydraulic pressure is auto-magically cut off, and the press is stopped.

• Slide Knock-out Device (Optional)

The slide knock-out device is a pneumatic device, and is convenient for automated operation, since the knock-out position can be selected optionally with rotary arm.
