- Precision Mechanism
The mechanical skeleton of DA double crank press is welded with steel plates, promising integrated structural forming and perfect rigidity. The slide block box structure and eight side type guide rail offer great performance as well. Powerfully resistant eccentric load also secures the accuracy of mechanical movements.
- Quiet Powerful Driving Structure
Well designed driving unit is tightly sealed on the oil tank. The whole sliding unit is lubricated automatically, providing smooth and quiet running.
- Safe Instant Brake
Well designed clutch and brake adopt the blade-shape, which brings utmost safety. The clutch and brake are in single assembly. Worm lining can be adjusted according to the circumstances, and can also be compensated by the gasket.
- Hydraulic Anti-Overload Device
The anti-overload device can be activated to stop machinery running as soon as overload occurs; this safety design secures the machinery and the mold safety. After the overload issue been removed, the machine can return to normal operation instantly.
- Lubricating Unit
The electric cycle concentrated lubricating unit is equipped with oil and pressure detecting switch. The later can detect the oiling situation.
